Vandalism
The Holly Mill Rec Area has experienced an alarming amount of vandalism this year. If you have any information about the recent vandalism, please do not hesitate to contact the board at: board@holly-mill.com, or Douglas Property Mgt. at (770) 926-3086. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and will be financially responsible for all repairs or replacements.
Thank you for helping us keep our neighborhood safe!
Holly Mill School Bus Safety
This is a courteous reminder for all residents to be familiar with and adhere to Georgia School Bus Laws. Please be mindful that our neighborhoods are filled with young children, and passing a stopped school bus while children are loading or unloading is illegal with strict penalties and fines.
Dog Policy
We have received complaints about dogs throughout the neighborhood. Please remember that there is a leash law in Cherokee County, even in your own yard. Whether you think your animal is friendly or not, they still MUST be on a leash. Residents do have the right to call animal control if they see your pet without a leash. Please protect yourself and your pets, and respect your neighbors! Thank you!
Towing Policy
Towing signs have been placed at both pool parking lots. Residents and non-residents have been using these lots for their personal vehicles, which has diminished the aesthetic appeal of the neighborhood. Please be warned, you WILL be towed if you leave your car in the parking lot overnight or for an extended period of time. Warning stickers will be applied as a courtesy, but no other notice will be given. Thank you!
The Cherokee County Code of Ordinances is available online!
If you have any questions about our county codes (noise, parking, loitering, etc.), please visit the following link by clicking here.
Also, refer to our "Documents" section for the official noise ordinance.
